Nature of the Platform

The MERGE Lab™ provides an educational and self-development platform built around the MIDMS™ (MERGE Integration Diagnostic Mapping System). All content is for educational and transformational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed therapeutic advice.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions made in connection with any content consumed or sessions attended through this platform. You agree not to misrepresent your engagement with MIDMS™ content, or to use any materials outside the scope of your enrolled access level.

Account and Access

Access to gated content is granted based on enrollment status and role. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing access with unauthorized parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases of lenses, ebooks, and services are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Modifications to Terms

The MERGE Lab™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
