Ownership

All frameworks, methodologies, terminology, diagnostic systems, diagrams, mapping tools, written content, course materials, and system architecture associated with MIDMS™ (The MERGE Integration Diagnostic Mapping System) and The MERGE Lab™ are original intellectual works conceived, created, and owned exclusively by Dr. Dorothy W. Parker.

Proprietary Terminology

The following terms and concepts are proprietary to Dr. Dorothy W. Parker and The MERGE Lab™: MIDMS™, The MERGE Lab™, EVF Trinity, The Law of the 13th Seat, The Four Gates, the Five Lenses, and all associated sub-frameworks, naming conventions, and diagnostic structures. These terms may not be adopted, repurposed, or commercialized by any party without explicit written authorization.

Prohibited Use

Without explicit written permission from Dr. Dorothy W. Parker, no individual, organization, institution, or platform may: reproduce, adapt, distribute, or publish any MIDMS™ content; teach, train, or certify others using MIDMS™ frameworks; incorporate any portion of MIDMS™ methodology into another system or product; or use MIDMS™ terminology in a commercial, educational, or public-facing context.

Student and Practitioner Use

Students and certified practitioners of The MERGE Lab™ are granted a limited, non-transferable license to apply MIDMS™ frameworks within sessions conducted under The MERGE Lab™ standards. This license does not include the right to teach, reproduce, redistribute, or sub-license any part of the system.

Diagrams and Visual Materials

All diagrams, maps, charts, and visual representations developed within The MERGE Lab™ ecosystem are proprietary graphic works protected under intellectual property law. They may not be photographed, screen-captured, reproduced, or shared outside of their intended use on the platform.

Enforcement

The MERGE Lab™ actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of protected materials may result in account termination, legal action, or both. We take the integrity of these frameworks seriously and are committed to protecting them on behalf of the system and the broader community they serve.

Permissions and Licensing

Requests for permission to reference, cite, or use any MIDMS™ materials must be submitted in writing to The MERGE Lab™. All permissions are granted on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing before use.
